Once you receive the Service Request the next most important of service management is technician allocation, and routing them based on the customer schedules / appointment times, and avoid the round-trips between various customers. While dispatching the technicians you should enable them with required spares / parts and service history, so the technicians can close the call at first visit. Which will helps the organization to save money and time, and ofcourse retain the customer business too.
